Processing times are determined by the seller and may vary with order volume, holidays, stock availability, and payment verification. Review the estimated processing window displayed during checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Any shipping charge, free-shipping threshold, carrier, and estimated delivery range should be shown before you submit payment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs, or an incorrect address.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

If tracking is available, the seller or carrier will normally send shipment details to the email address used at checkout. Allow time for tracking information to activate after the parcel is scanned.

Address Accuracy

Check your full shipping address before placing an iGenics order. If you need to correct an address, contact the seller promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Packages

For a delayed, missing, or damaged delivery, contact the seller using the details in your order confirmation. Keep the shipping carton, packing materials, and photographs of any damage until the issue is resolved.
